She delivers these trainings both in-person and virtually, and travels regionally, nationally, and internationally. Do I have to? How to talk to your Children about Sex and Sexuality
Ideal for parents with kids of any age, this training teaches parents how to talk to their children about sex and their bodies. Parents will be gain an understanding of the crucial role sex ed plays in sexual abuse prevention, and given a roadmap for how to start and maintain talks about these sensitive topics.
All about Attachment
This training is for adults who struggle in relationships and are curious about role attachment may be playing in maintaining some of this difficulty. Participants will be able to identify their attachment style as well as recognize how it could be contributing to relational struggles.
Relaxation 101
This training is geared for school-aged kids, to give them a foundation of basic relaxation skills they can use whenever they are feeling mad, sad, scared, or stressed out.
Raising Resilient Children
Rates of childhood adverse events are staggering. Research indicates more than of children are exposed to a potentially-traumatic experience before their 18th birthday. This training was developed for parents to teach them how to instill resilience in their children, to buffer them from some of the effects of adverse experiences.
Parenting the Traumatized Child: You are the Key to your Child’s Healing
This training was developed for parents of traumatized children. Raising children can be hard enough, but when you thrown in exposure to a potentially-traumatic event and new behaviors like increased emotionality, withdrawal, and major misbehavior, a parent can feel lost and overwhelmed. This training will guide parents in how to best support their children on their healing journey.

With so many different “best practices” out there, it’s hard to know where to start. This training was developed with early career mental health professionals in mind, to help teach them about the most effective trauma treatments.
